Old Judge Falernum

A combination of 10 ingredients, including 6 hand-picked spices from around the world.

Austrian high spring water is one of the most important elements. Combined with sugar from Barbados, our Falernum creates a wonderful chocolate color and an extraordinary malty taste.

The journey continues to Indonesia, from where we source our ​​ginger.

Combined with cloves from Mauritius, imparting a strong spicy flavor.

Cinnamon from Egypt and allspice from Jamaica, the royal spices, give Old Judge Falernum it’s visual appeal and character.

The orchid genus Vanilla is known for its buttery aroma and gives the smooth and lasting finish in our spice liqueur.

Of course, the citrus note must not be missed, so only fresh and high quality limes from Brazil are used.

To gain fruity aromas, we use a rare almond extract that brings the rum flavors forward and rounds the whole off.

Speaking of rum, Old Judge Falernum is completed with a marriage of two selected rums from Barbados.
